Experience
Diversity Research and Group, Inc. (DRCG) prides itself on being an
organization of professionals that takes pride in quality. DRCG
brings a selected group of talented, motivated and highly-trained
professionals, inclusive of MD's, PhD's and graduate level
staff who
brings with them a broad spectrum of professional, intellectual and
social expertise, in order to provide cohesive and compressive service to our
clients.

Our Staff Includes:
Keith A. Baker, CEO
Mr. Keith A. Baker is founder of Diversity
Research and Group, Inc., which got its start in Massachusetts. Mr.
Baker received his Master (M.P.H) in Public Health from the University of
Massachusetts, and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Natural and Social
Science, with honors, from Hampshire College. As a seasoned
consultant, Mr. Baker has over 20 years of experience in the
consulting industry.
Mr. Baker's focus areas include: Management,
grant/proposal writing, research and evaluation, program development
and community relationship building. Mr. Baker is an active
participant in numerous forums and collaborative groups focusing on
issues affecting the business community. He is the past president of the Long Beach
Black Chamber of Commerce.
Saphia Eubanks , Senior Consultant
Ms. Eubanks received her Masters Degree in Business Administration
(MBA) from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Commerce
and Management (BCM) from the University of Dar-es Salaam, Tanzania.
Ms. Eubanks' extensive experience in public administration, having
over 15 years in senior management positions, qualifies her keen
understanding of strategic planning, program and budget development,
and financial management. She has a unique understanding of how to
research information can make data and technical material
understandable and attractive to the audience. Ms. Eubanks'
background has developed her research, financial, management, and
development skills, which she now brings to the DRCG team.
As DRCG's Senior Consultant Ms. Eubanks has worked on major
projects at the international, national, state and local levels.
Dr. Julia Stokes,
Senior Consultant
Dr. Stokes received her doctorate in psychology
(Ph.D) from
the University of California, Riverside, a Master of Art (MA) in
Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and
a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from California State
University, San Bernardino. Dr. Stokes has more than 20 years
experience in research, assessments, and evaluations. As a
DRCG
Senior Consultant, she works with complex collaborations, design programs,
facilitates coalition and community
partnerships, and
pursue funding for emerging issues.
Dr. Stokes area of concentration includes; strategic
planning, needs and resource assessments, feasibility studies, reports and
proposal development. She has a unique blend of communication and management
skills... ideal for working with diverse communities.
Dr. Leslie Grier, Senior
Consultant
Dr. Leslie K. Grier received her
Doctorate in Development Psychology with emphasis in Community
Psychology from Wayne State University, a Master of Arts (MA) in
Psychology from Ball State University, and Bachelor of Arts from
Oakland University. Dr. Grier has over 20 years of teaching and
research experience. Her background includes teaching courses such
as Middle Childhood, Adolescence, Moral Development, Child
Development, Educational Psychology, Research Methods and Practicum
courses. Her areas of research include developing and promoting
interventions for children and adolescents with special interest on
cultural issues in childhood development, adolescents, the
rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents from a development and
cultural perspective, moral development interventions and cognitive
development.
As a DRCG Senior Consultant, Dr.
Grier’s utilizes her teaching and research expertise to train and
guide our clients towards meeting their objectives. Dr. Grier
specializes in training, need analyses, evaluation and grants/proposal
preparation.
Rabia A. Dahal, BS-Accountant
Ms. Rabia Dahal received her Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration (BS) with a major in Accounting,
from Cal State Northridge. Ms. Dahal has an extensive background in
bookkeeping and accounting services for both non-profit and
for-profit organizations. She brings to DRCG, her expertise,
knowledge and responsibility for developing and executing various
strategies focused on expanding the company’s competitive position
with respect to cost and financial stability. Ms. Dahal is a
Certified Public Accountant.
